`op get item` needs additional query support

I have made heavy use of the "show username" feature in 1Password so have many logins with the same title but different usernames. op is severely hampered for me because I can't say op get item somedomain someaccount.

    @nnutter we have some ideas for a more comprehensive search command, but for now you can get item using the domain. It's not perfect yet, but we're working on it :)

    @cohix get item seems to return a single, random, matching result when there is more than one; in which case I find it unusable.

    That is correct. For now, it's best to use op list items to find the item you want, and use its UUID with op get item until we can implement a more robust search.
