op signin --help should include a concrete example of initial signin. Based on the --help it took me several tries to get signed in my first time.

    @nnutter That's a fair point. Perhaps we should mention all of the parameters in the Usage: line at the beginning, and then elaborate on the parameters below. Thanks for the feedback!
