Not showing proper fields on iPhone
This just happened today. The Mac version is displaying correctly, but many of the fields including the icon are different. Here are two images to compare:
1Password Version: 6.8.1 OS X / 6.8.2 ios
Extension Version: Not Provided
OS Version: 10.12.6 Mac / 10.3.3 iOS
Sync Type: DropBox

Hi @vance_erwin
Thanks for taking the time to write in. How does this item appear if you login to the 1Password.com web interface and view it there? Does it appear correctly as on the Mac, or incorrectly as on iOS?

Correctly on the MacBook

Thank you for the reply, but I'm not sure it answers my question. I understood from your first post that the Mac shows the item correctly. I was asking if you log into 1Password.com's web interface if the item appears correctly or incorrectly?
Please let me know.

I use dropbox, not the one password web interface.

I see. My apologies. In that case please see this guide:

It's not a syncing issue. Those passwords haven't changed since I bought the software. For some reason they just started showing up like that.

How did you arrive at the conclusion that this is not related to syncing?
If you make a change on one of these items does the change sync properly?

Because I tested it the way you are describing. I made a change on an item to see if the sync is working.
Also, on the iPhone most of the categories are missing, but not on my MacBook Pro.

@vance_erwin: Aha, I think that explains it. 1Password for iOS is a free download with an in-app purchase for the Pro features, which include the additional categories. You can still view all of your items with the free version (under All Items), but customizations are limited to the paid upgrade. You can get the Pro features as one of the many benefits of a 1Password.com membership too though. Anyway, glad to hear it isn't a sync issue after all. We're here if you have any other questions! :)

Weird. I purchased the pro version.

You purchased the Pro features for 1Password for iOS? They are separate from any 1Password for Mac purchases or 1Password v3 for iOS (which was called "1Password Pro").
If so you may need to back up your 1Password data, uninstall 1Password for iOS, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase, and then reinstall 1Password.
