1Password can not recognize QR code for some cases

While I am using kiwiVM, found that, the two factor QR code generated by KiwiVM can not be recognized by 1Password scan...
If I use some third party scan app, recognize the Text inside QR code, manually copy to two factor field, it works properly.
The attached image is the actually qr code

It looks like KiwiVM is generating an invalid url for its contents. there is a space character between VEID: and 633 in that image. That should either not be there or it should be %20.

for Google authentication. The qr code could be recognized correctly. robust enhancement is required for 1password
