iOS 6.8.2 not sending new records via 1Pass Account Sync

I just noticed that new records that I create on my iPhone are not getting sent to other devices connected to my 1Password Account. This started within past week. Don't remember last time I created a record on iOS prior to that...

Devices: iOS, Mac, Windows.
Create on Windows, appears on iOS and Mac
Create on Mac, appears on iOS and Windows
Create on iOS, nothing appears on Mac or Windows.

I don't see a way to force synce from iOS or to check on sync status...where are those capabilities hiding within the iOS app?

Update: I just tried to delete the record created on windows from the iPhone. The delete action synced across my devices. So it seems like only the creation of a record on the iphone isn't being synced across devices using the 1Password Account.

Thanks for taking the time to write in. Could you please let me know what you have set for the Settings > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving setting?

Vault for Saving is set to "Primary".

Thanks. That would be the problem then. The Primary vault is a "local" vault. It isn't part of your 1Password.com account. You'll want to change that setting to your Private/Personal vault, and then move any items you've saved in the Primary vault over:

Move items between vaults - 1Password Support

Once you've moved all of your items into an account based vault you can delete the Primary vault so that this doesn't accidentally happen again. :)

Thanks! I totally forgot about the local vault aspect. Since i'm syncing to the cloud, my default is to just assume everything is getting synced. Need to turn the local vault off on the iPhone...
