Logins on iOS not synced to my Mac

This happens to me frequently. I sign into a new website on my iOS and use 1Password (on my iPhone) to create a password. My 1Password licence is through my job, where we use it to handle client account logins.

When I next log onto the site via my Mac, 1Password (on my Mac) does not recognize this login. I can obviously open my iPhone and find the login there.

This seems to happen at random, but more often than I find comfortable.

But it's missing on my Mac, about 12 hours later:

What can I do to prevent this from happening?

    Hi @tormodg -- sorry to hear you're having this trouble just now. It sounds as if the data on your Mac is not syncing with the data on your iOS device. To get a better idea of what might be going on, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.
