I downloaded the updated software in my Iphone and now I can't open my 1Password because it says 1Password needs to be Updated . the developer of this app needs to update it to work with iOS 11. how can download the new 1Password?

Could you please clarify how did you install 1Password on your iPhone? The thing is that the latest version of 1Password for iOS fully supports iOS 11 and was released on September 19, 2017. You can download it from the App Store. Please try to download it from there and let me know how it goes. Thank you!

It is not in the Apple search.. mine was that has a Key in front. They were asking me to download the new software and I said later, and then Apple brought the new software and now I can open my software because it needs to be update. I dont know how to reach them to help me. There is other software eith the same name.

Hi @titabella,
It appears this is the result of you running a very old version of 1Password on the newest version of iOS. We’ve had a warning in the app for some time now that an update to the app would be required in order to be compatible with iOS 11. Unfortunately with iOS 11 installed 1Password v3 will not run at all.
