Had to reload my app on iPad today. How do I link. I don't have a secret key...

Reloaded my app today on iPad. I use on 1password my phone and mac, but don't think I have a secret key. When I request my license, it shows I'm licensed but don't know how to get the iPad app connected. It's asking for sign-in address, email, secret key and masterpassword. Don't have a secret key.....

Hi @andysaul,

It sounds like on the welcome screen you selected the option to sign into a 1Password.com membership, which you do not have if you’re using a license. Instead you’ll need to select the option to sync with the sync service that you are currently using with 1Password between your Mac and iPhone:

Sync your 1Password data

Thanks Ben. I have gotten everything reloaded. But one more question....Trying to get it where I can fill on Safari on my phone and iPad. When I follow the directions to get to Activities, I'm not seeing the 1password. Help would be appreciated Thanks

Thanks for the update.

Are you looking in the bottom row of icons (greyscale; not color)? And 1Password isn't listed in the selection under the 'more' button in that row?
