    I updated to iOS 11.1 last night, and as of this morning my touchId issue appears (cross-fingers) resolved, too.

    Thanks @adfernandes. I seem to be having the same experience, but I’m hesitant to call this issue resolved until we have more information.

    I, too, can report that after updating to iOS 11.1 I am no longer experiencing said issue on any of my iOS devices.
