Can I start over 1Password with old email?
I just have lost my Secret Key because I reset all my iPhone and iPad, please help me, and I subscribed 1 year if I lost, too!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with a lost Secret Key -- the first thing you should do is use these instructions to see if you can find your Secret Key anywhere else. If so, great! However, if you can't locate your Secret Key using any of those methods, let us know and we'll have to set you up with a new account. I'm hoping you can find your Secret Key because if not, your data will be unrecoverable. Good luck, let us know!
