does the icon you're looking at look like any of the top 3 here?

If it does then you need to follow the directions on https://support.1password.com/upgrade-ios/

If you are running 1Password 3 and have already upgraded to iOS 11 please see this post, as v3 will not run (at all) on iOS 11.
