iOS 11 and Version 6.9 - syncing issues

Upgraded to iOS 11. App store updated 1Password to latest v6.9

Syncing to dropbox has stopped working and appears to cause instability generally. Last sync shows constantly as "In progress" and never completes. Whilst in this sync loop, App screen icons experience flicker, and attempting a search causes a rapid screen swap between result/no-result screen.

Phone has been restarted. 1Password has been restarted. Sync service has been disabled and re-enabled.

Dropbox connectivity works fine from other apps.

Are there known sync problems post the iOS 11 upgrade ?

    I’m not aware of any problem inherent to syncing 1Password data with Dropbox on iOS 11. I would imagine we’d be seeing a ton of reports if there were. :) I’d suggest running through the troubleshooting guide found here:

    Thanks Ben.

    The issue has been resolved by uninstalling the 1Password app, then re-installing.

    Thank you so much! I was freaking out bc this was happening to me too. Reinstalled the app and it's syncing normally now.
