How do I get my passwords to load? I have downloaded the extension for chrome and have reloaded the password app

Hello @McCutchen,
When you say load I assume you mean fill into the login page in the browser. To see what we might be looking at I'd like to start with a couple of questions.
- Can you launch the 1Password application and unlock your vault?
- If the answer to 1. is yes, do you see all of your items when you do so?
- Do you see a 1Password icon in the Chrome toolbar?
- Does a 1Password mini menu appear when you click on the button?
This will give us a good idea of what we might be looking at and we can proceed from there.

Try the following for me please.
- In 1Password use the menu option Help > Troubleshooting > Restart 1Password mini.
- If the extension still isn't working restart Chrome.
- If the extension still isn't working create a diagnostic report and send it in to us. This link will guide you through the steps and has sections for the various supported versions of 1Password.
