Similarly I've just been unable to fill my CC info on a site that uses secure.worldpay.com for payments (it used to work fine in 1P v4 for Windows)

Welcome to the 1Password for Chrome beta!
Filling Credit Card and Identity items is something that we haven't yet completed, and an excellent example of why we are still a private beta. The 1Password for Chrome team and I just spent a whole week together in Canada. During this time we not only got some code written but also a great release priority list together. I can't go into any details yet, but we have a lot of great new features and bug fixes coming soon. Stay tuned as we will let you know when we are ready to fill these items.
