I updated to iOS 11 on my iPhone & my very old version of 1Password no longer opens. Can you assist?

I recently updated to iOS 11 on my iPhone7 and now my very old version of 1Password no longer opens. It asks me to contact the app developer.
I'm not sure what version of 1Password I have but I can inform you to access I need to key in a 4 digit code.
Can you please urgently assist as I need access to some passwords for work.
I am based in Sydney Australia and the different time zones don't help but your guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your response. I know my 4 digit access code and will try to guess the Master Password - it's been a long time.
What do I do next? Will you send me something?

Having the same issue. I know my master password and my support ID is #WEV-74847-944. Any advise on how to pull my info will be a huge help! Thanks
