I have the app downloaded on my desktop but not set up as a browser. How do I do that?

Instructions keep telling me to go to my browser but I don't have that set up. I just have he app on my desktop.

Hi @nancydarst,

If you have a working copy of 1Password on your Mac or Windows PC, one where you can launch the application and access your vault then all you have left to do is install the extension. Our page Use the 1Password extension to save and fill passwords on your Mac or Windows PC should help with this. If you're still having trouble please do let us know.
