Master Password not working

I upgraded my phone and I am trying to log into the app and it’s not taking my password. Also, it keeps showing a password hint I’ve never seen before. Please help. TIA.

I’m sure my password is correct. I am thinking is has to do with switching phones?

@fobpete769 You could try to re-install the app? I had a similar problem and it solved the issue.

@fobpete769: If you set up this new phone from an iCloud or Google backup, this doesn't necessarily mean that 1Password will be set up properly right away. Do you have a 1Password membership? Were you syncing your vault via Dropbox or iCloud? With this additional info, we can likely do a better job of pointing you in the right direction. :+1:
