How could I get back my data on µpassword? I have no longer access since IOS11 has been done.

Yesterday I did my IOS11 on my iPad mini and iPhone6 and I no longer have access to my data, all my passwords secured under µpassword.
How could I have them back? I no longer can open that apps.

Hi there @Malou :)

It sounds to me like you are using a very old version of 1Password (v3) that isn't supported anymore. 1Password 3 will not run on iOS 11 as Apple removed support for 32-bit applications in this version of iOS.

So there is a good news, bad news situation here. The bad news is that you won't be able to run that version of 1Password anymore. The good news is that, assuming you meet certain requirements, you will be able to migrate your data to a version of 1Password that will run. More information on what to do and who to ask for help can be found in this thread. Follow the instructions there and someone will assist you.

Is μpassword 1.3.1 an older version of 1password?

Welcome to the forum, @apets! I'm not familiar with μpassword, but our product has been called 1Password since its beginning (though in very early versions it was called 1Passwd to stay within DOS filename limitations).

@Malou It looks like you've been using u.password, a pretty sketchy, discontinued password manager app that has nothing to do with us. If you need help switching to 1Password, let us know. :)

@tramanh: Unfortunately that isn't something we can help with. You'd need to contact that app's developers. It isn't something we have any experience or expertise with. If you have questions about 1Password though that's right up our alley. :)
