Citibank/costco is evidently changing (?upgrading) their accounts. My 1Password not working.
Citi/Costco rep is suggesting I erase entries into 1Password (1P). I cannot get into 1P to do this. Give me some guidance please.

When you say "I can't get into 1P" what do mean exactly? Are you using a browser plugin? -or- trying to open the 1P application itself.
