Not prompting me for TouchID now, only forgotten master password.
All of a sudden it's not prompting me for my thumb print, only the master password. I've been using the TouchID for so long I've lost and forgotten the master password. How do I get it to prompt me for the thumbprint again?

@tokenhaole: The Master Password is always needed to decrypt your data. When you use Touch ID, a token is stored temporarily in the iOS Keychain for this purpose, but this is cleared in many cases, both based on your settings, and any time you do an OS update. If you do not know your Master Password, you will not be able to access your data, and this isn't something we can help with since we never know your Master Password either. However, please try the tips in this guide as they may help you gain access again:

Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Please let me know how it turns out. I look forward to hearing back from you!
