Unable to sign in using Emergency Kit

I keep getting a message stating to check email and secret key. I am entering my information directly from the Emergency Kit and I have tried multiple times.

This is a NIGHTMARE as ALL of my passwords are trusted in 1Password, but I have NO WAY to get direct support quickly to resolve this.

    Thanks for taking the time to write in.

    As you have a 1Password Families account you have a unique sign-in URL. Are you using that unique URL, or are you trying to use the my.1password.com URL? The latter may not work.

    Please let us know.

    It is the my.1password.com that I am using.... Where would I get the information for my unique URL?

    You would have picked the URL when signing up or upgrading your account to 1Password Families. If you do not remember it, you can retrieve it on this page:

    https://start.1password.com/signin

    By selecting the Don’t know your sign-in address? option.

    Once you get signed in please print a new Emergency Kit which should have the correct URL on it.
