Cannot reset master password?

My master password does not work, I tried resetting it but it only sees my old account.

Hi @dktorres,

With the exception of 1Password Families and 1Password Teams membership accounts Master Passwords cannot be reset. If you've forgotten your Master Password and are not a member of a 1Password Families or 1Password Teams account please see this guide:

If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password

If you are a member of such an account, and there is another administrator on the account (besides you), that person may be able to assist you in recovering your account:
