Import option missing on File Menu

Using MacOS 10.12.6. Have 1Password on my phone and Mac. Syncing to DropBox works fine. Trying to import a full list of passwords. But the Import option under the File menu on the Mac is grayed out and not available. How do I import a CSV file?

    Hi there @roryragsdale :)
    Have you unlocked your 1Password vault yet (by entering your Master Password)? The import function is grayed out when 1Password is locked because, without entering your Master Password, your data is encrypted and inaccessible, even to the program itself.

    @roryragsdale,

    If you're in All Vaults you will need to switch to your specific vault in order for the import function to be enabled.
