brand new download of ios update, defaults to touch open, does not work

I got it synched once now I can't even open the program!! I can't even tell you what I''ve got! How do I stop this stupid touch thing.

    @lopezcalling: Can you be more specific about what you have and what trouble you're having? It sounds like you may be using a very old app that isn't compatible. Check out this announcement and see if this applies to your situation:

    If you have an old version of 1Password that won't open [legacy 32-bit apps cannot run on iOS 11]

    If not, unfortunately without some basic information you left out of your post, it's still hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:

    Find your version

    no. iOS version 6.9, latest iOS for iPad. 11 something. all updated yesterday
