  • Hey, @tilley4000! I just had a teammate ask me about this exact issue, which leads me to believe you're likely in touch with him via e-mail. On the off-chance you're not, though, I'll provide the same suggestion here to make sure you don't have any Document items selected and give it another try. If you are in touch with someone via e-mail, please try to keep the conversation going there to avoid duplication of efforts. When a conversation is happening in two different places, none of us can help you as effectively since we don't have the full picture, plus it slows things down for everyone else so we really appreciate your efforts to keep things in one place.
