Account frozen after trial subscription - prefer return to free
I have used 1Password free with paid in-app upgrades for years. I did a trial subscription - I do not want the subscription. My account is frozen.
I want what I had before the trial subscription. Access on my iOS devices.
I removed the Mac app and browser extension.
I got the trial sub from your website. Not Apple.

Hi @thoskin - we're sorry to hear you want to discontinue your subscription, but no further action on your part is required. Your account simply enters Frozen status, meaning you cannot add, edit or delete items without subscribing, but you can still access your data, and even export it for use with a standalone vault if you prefer. But you don't need to do anything in particular as far as we're concerned. If you prefer to delete your account, you can sign in using a web browser, click the Settings tab in the right sidebar, then click "Delete my Account" at the bottom of that page.
