Unable to access my account. Now I am locked out.

    @bsorge: If you reset Touch ID and/or deleted your fingerprints, it will be disabled and you cannot use it to unlock 1Password. Your Master Password is required to decrypt your data (which was encrypted using it in the first place), and doing that destroyed the token 1Password had saved to allow you to use Touch ID temporarily instead of the Master Password. We never know it and can't "recover" or "reset" it for you, so if you truly do not know your own Master Password, you won't be able to access your data.

    Alternatively, if you're part of a 1Password Family or Team, another Owner, Organizer, or Admin can help you recover your account, so you can create a new Secret Key and Master Password:

    If that doesn't help though, you will need to either restore from a backup, sync from another device, or simply start over. Let me know if that helps.
