Had trial 1 year ago under same email, now can’t use 1Password
I had a trial and never signed up and now I signed up again with my Apple account but I don’t have access to my old secret key so now I can’t provide that

@chuckster59: We have published a troubleshooting guide in our knowledge base with some suggestions to help you try to recover your Secret Key:

If the guide doesn't help you find your Secret Key, your best bet is to start over from scratch as only you know your Secret Key. We don't know it and we can't reset it for you. If you do need to start over, any data you saved during your trial will be lost, so it's good to treat this as a last resort. If you decide you need to start over, let us know and we can lend a hand. :+1:
