Are you using 1Password 3 for iOS (retired in 2012)? If so, please see this thread:

If you have an old version of 1Password that won't open [legacy 32-bit apps cannot run on iOS 11] — AgileBits Support Forum

You can see if that is the case by comparing the 1Password icon on your phone to this cheat sheet (A & B ):

If that is not the case, please let me know which version of 1Password you are using and what error message you're getting when trying to open it.

Ios 11 is 64 bit os so you need 1password for 64 bit os version that is updated latest version

Correct. To use 1Password on iOS 11 you’d need 1Password 6 for iOS.
