We had to fire our Admin. Now we can't remove him from our team. What do we do?
None of us had Admin permissions except our IT director. We had to fire him yesterday. How do we remove him from our team? The "members" option doesn't exist in my sidepanel. This is an emergency for us!!

If there are no other administrators on the account: you cannot. And frankly it will be impractical to continue using that account without any active administrators on it.
The only way to do so would be to get the IT director’s 1Password credentials, which is not something that we can help with (we don’t have them). Only people who have admin/recovery permissions on the account can assist other team members in resetting their credentials.
If you are unable to obtain them and promote someone else on the account to an administrator the best course of action would be to create a new team and have everyone move their data over to it from the “old” account. Please be sure to have at least two administrators on the new team.
