I need to cancel my account and get a refund

I forgot my master password and followed instructions to reset my data and start over. 1password is still recognizing my old account and still asking for the password that I forgot. I need to either delete my account entirely and get a refund or receive instructions on setting up my account with a new master password. Need help.
