Missmatch between computer and phone - accounts not syncing

Hi, my phone and computer seem to have stopped syncing at one point. However, when I go to "sync" through my mac or my phone, it seems to go through, but no change is made and my phone has about 30 less logins than my computer does.

I am working on a macbook with v. 6.8.4 for one password
I am working on an iPhone with the most up to date app, v. 6.9.1 and iOS 11.1

I have tried resyncing, updating everything, restarting everything, and it's not seeming to help. Eager to get your insight.

    Welcome to the forum, @MandyDiMarc! Sorry to hear you're having troubles with sync just now. You didn't mention specifically what type of sync you're using, but since you posted this in the Accounts section, can I assume you're using a 1password.com account? If so, sync should be automatic and nearly instantaneous. However, if you're using Dropbox or iCloud or WLAN sync, then there's a number of things that might be wrong. Can you clarify for me what method of sync you're using? Thanks!
