Can I cancel an annual account for a refund to move to eero Plus?

eeroPlus will be adding 1Password in December. I'd like to move to that but it'd be silly of me to do that with an annual 1Password account that doesn't renew until September 2018. Any chance I could cancel my 1Password account and get a refund for remaining time?

    Horses held! :p I see that things have started, so I thought I'd check back in and see if there's a process in place to make this happen in a way that makes financial sense. Thanks!!

    @geodonnell: Good timing! eero has just started rolling out changes to eero Plus this week. They've got instructions on their website:

    Setup eero Plus + 1Password

    You'll need some information from them, and then we can help get you setup with 1Password once we hear from you. Cheers! :)

    I have the Promocode from eero Plus. How should I be changing over from my existing billling to eeroPlus?

    @sangadi: Please follow the instructions I posted above. Once you've done that, post the Support ID you've received here and we can help you get things setup. :)
