Switch apple subscription to agilebits subscription

Hi,

I've got an individual monthly subscription via the Apple store and in-app purchase. Is there a way to switch this across to an AgileBits managed subscription? I'd like to upgrade to a family subscription and pay anually.

Am I right in thinking I have to cancel the subscription for the Apple side and let you know?

Hi,

Following on, I've unsubuscribe from the Apple subscription (based on the note here: https://support.1password.com/family-sharing/ ). The subscription will expire on the 21st of Nov, but I'm happy for my account to be moved to the "unsubscribed" status straight away so I can sign up the family.

@om_henners: Thanks for letting us know! I've marked it in our system too, so you can Invite People on the right to get started setting up your 1Password Family, and then you just need to setup billing in your account on the website:
