Unable to Download 1Password app to new IPHONE

Have new IPhone 7, have downloaded app and when attempting to set it up, it wants my secret KEY. I am confused about exactly what plan I am under as I have never had a secret KEY. I have 2 cellphones, 3 IPADS, 2 MACBOOK PROS and have never been required to have a secret KEY. On my new IPHONE it will not let me go past screen wanting email, secret KEY, and master pw. Just two of us! What do I need to do?

    Hi @Garybo,

    Thanks for taking the time to write in. If you do not have a 1Password.com subscription membership then you won’t have a Secret Key. Instead, under the “Already using 1Password?” heading on the iOS welcome screen... scroll down and select the sync service with which you’re syncing your data.

    I'm having this same issue, except my phone was stolen and I need to access my passwords via the 1Password website (otherwise, I'm locked out of everything - my phone was used as an authentication device for basically all of my accounts). Is there a way to do this online if I don't have a subscription membership? Please and Thank you!

    Hi @lisaslostphone,

    Without a 1Password.com membership your data was not stored on 1Password.com. Sorry! If you were syncing with another service you may be able to re-establish sync on a new device using the above instructions.
