Can't get into my old iphone to export password data to new Iphone X

Hi Guys, I have been using and loving One Password on my Iphone 7 and recently got the Iphone X but can't seem to transfer the data. First things first though, the app on my Iphone 7 doesn't seem to have an account associated with it and thus I don't think I can transfer that information to the new phone. Does that make sense? Also, it lets me sync to iCloud, but I can't seem to find the icloud account it send that information too.

    @bsalt: Thanks for reaching out. First things first, DON'T DO ANYTHING until we have a clear sense of your situation and come up with a game plan. I don't want you to lose any data. Please tell me the exact 1Password version you're using on the old iPhone, where you have your data, and we'll go from there. Thanks in advance!

    I didn't do anything... phew! I believe the version I am running on the old phone is 7.0. That's what it says below "review 1password" in settings. Thanks.

    @bsalt: Hmm. I expected a very different answer. Thank you for confirming! I wanted to make sure you didn't do anything hasty at least, and it sounds like we may need some additional information to figure out the best way forward. However, if you have the latest version on both devices, you can always just sync it over:

    1Password sync options

    But if you're still having trouble, the best thing to do will be to generate a diagnostic report so we can look at the logs to determine exactly what is happening:

    Ok, I purchased the app and synced to icloud. Unfortunately, my master password isn't working even though I am almost certain it's correct. How can I recover it or change it?
