So confused about restarting after lost MP
I have not been actively using 1P but just dabbling and now when I want to restart I cant find my master password. Ive completely given up and am ready to start over. But I cant seem to figure out how to do that? Do i have to setup a new account with a different email address? What happens to the billing on my old account? I tried renaming the data folder to backup data as suggested in the "reset" FAQ but it still prompts me for the old MP that I cant remember! I use 1P on a windows PC and iOS. Can someone lay out a clear step by step list?

@jmb95: If you signed up for a 1Password.com account and want to delete that to start over with a new one, please email us at support@1password.com from your registered email address so we can help you do that.

Just keep in mind that you cannot do that while 1Password is running, so be sure to follow the instructions exactly.
