1P licence for mac v 6.3.1 stopped working on iPad a few months ago. Help needed
After around 1 year of successful use of 1P licence version on Mac and iOS iPad, 1P stopped working on iPad. all solutions seem to want me to subscribe which I don’t want to do. Please help

@Doro: Could you explain further what is specifically not working on your iPad? All versions of 1Password for Mac and iOS still support standalone licenses and vaults, but using an older version of either can each come with some issues, particularly syncing on the iOS side. Also, what version of 1Password are you using on iOS? These extra details will help us point you in the right direction. :chuffed:

The icon is still in my apps and upon opening it does not take me to my vault. It asks me for my identity based on a subscription and when I add licence number it sends me a licence confirmation but when I click on ‘use this licence’ nothing happens, I do not know what version I was using but it was the version for iOS available in July 2016. The iOS. Erosion on my iPad is 11.1,
Can you help please?

Thanks for getting back to us with a bit more information!
It sounds like the app is asking you to set up as a new user. When you set up the app, the default option is to sign in to your 1Password account. But if you've been using 1Password with a standalone license, there's no need to subscribe at this time. You should still be able to set up the app to find your vaults via third-party sync. How have you been syncing your data?
