iOS device does not sync, Mac does.

My Mac version of 1Password seems to save new passwords from your Chrome extensions etc fine. I can then retrieve this fine to login via the same extension. But somewhere, between the Mac, iCloud and my iPhone they're not syncing. This same works in reverse from iOS to the Mac. No new records are syncing. I've even tried from blank vaults before too! It's frustrating to say the least.

What can be done to fix this? I've tried your FAQs too.. I'm reluctant to move back to Dropbox just for 1Password when i've used iCloud Drive for some time now.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble keeping things synced up.

    We have a comprehensive support guide at https://support.1password.com/icloud-troubleshooting/ that should help you out with syncing via iCloud. Please try each of the suggestions posted there.

    We do recommend switching to our new 1Password.com service, though, since it is a lot more reliable than syncing via third-party sync services such as iCloud or Dropbox.
