Does 1Password Pro (standalone license) need to be purchased again for version 7?

I have been using 1 Password and have upgraded to the Pro-version using in-app purchase. Does the new version 7 of 1Password on iOS require to re-purchase the Pro-upgrade? Or is it just a regular update?
I read on other forums that you have to re-purchase the Pro again but don't see anything mentioned about it in the release notes. So, please clarify.

    1Password 7 for iOS’s Pro features are included for anyone who had them for 1Password 6 for iOS.
