Frozen account even though I have a subscription through the App Store
When I opened up 1Password for desktop (), it said my account was frozen due to the subscription lapsing. The App Store says I already have a subscription starting today, but 1Password still says my account is frozen. What should I do?

@tmunikar: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! If you setup the subscription separate from the 1Password.com account you're using, it won't be applied there. Please cancel it until that's straightened out:
