iPhone vault not matching # of passwords on mac/passwords outdated
Hi there - same issue as I had a couple years ago. I tried everything listed in this string already (un-synched the synch, deleted keychain, etc)

@azzurrikicks: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! Unfortunately without some basic information it's hard to say what might be going wrong and how we might right it! Please tell me the OS, 1Password, and device versions you're using, the exact steps you're taking, and what is (or is not) happening the way you expect so we can figure out the best plan of action:
Find your version
The more information you can give, the better. For instance, are you still using 1Password 4 on Mavericks? What about your other devices? If you're using an old version of 1Password for iOS still, that will not be able to connect to Dropbox at all now since a lot has changed since 2015 — not least of which we introduced 1Password.com memberships to eliminate sync issues! I look forward to hearing back from you! :)

Can't believe it but I think I got it. Went through all the steps a second time and rebooted and it looks like it's synched. Yay me! Thanks for the response :)
