I’m sorry to hear you do not recall your Master Password. In order to access your data you would need to enter the correct Master Password. There is no other way. When Touch ID fails the only way in is with the Master Password. Please check out this guide for further information:
If you forgot your Master Password or you can't unlock 1Password
If ultimately you cannot remember your Master Password the above guide has information on how to start over.
