HELP I am locked out, but my invoice is paid. I can't get into anything, and I need this access
When I set up the account there is a Personal Vault, a Shared Vault and a "Randolph Family" Vault. The "Randolph Family" Vault and Shared Vault appear fine, but I haven't put hardly anything in them. My personal vault is Frozen, and I have 50 items in it. Why is it acting like a separate account? How can they be linked? No answers on email. Need faster support. I took your advice and now everything is locked away and I can't get into anything. I think I need to find a different service. I need support. Holding my stuff hostage when I paid my bill is no way to keep customers.
