too difficult to use

MacBook Pro, iPhoneX, and 2 iPad Pro's. Looks like I have installed the app on the MacBook and it seems to be working ok after a lot of fiddling. Way too difficult to get it to work on the iPhoneX and the iPads. I read the instructions and there does not seem to be a connection between them and the reality of what I see on my devices. This is way too difficult to set up across my multiple devices. Seems like you should be able to set up a master account and then somehow be able to add devices to the master account without a lot of effort. If I can get a simple instruction to be able to add devices I'll continue trying to use the app. If not.....I guess it's back to paper and pencil.

@ree616: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! The best thing to do would be to sign up for a 1Password membership, as that works similarly to what you're proposing. You can try it for free for 30 days to take advantage of all of its benefits:

    1Password sign up

That gives you access to all of the apps, the web interface, and does away with license management and sync configuration altogether — you simply login to your account to authorize a device and access your data on each device.

    Get started with 1Password

A big part of why we created 1Password memberships is because it can quickly become unwieldy to manage data across many devices. Anyway, check it out and let me know if you have any questions! :)
