My bank shows £3.99 being deducted monthly but 1Password page doesn't let me modify - or cancel!

I'm directed to login and click Billing but then get directed to Apple. 1Password does not appear on my iTunes subscriptions page. I'm not being billed by Apple. What's going on please?

I want to put my subs on hold. I'm new to 1 Password and I don't yet understand what I'm paying for.
