I am admin (Family). Member wants access new ios but does not have secret key. Can I get him access?

My brother is out of town and does not have his mac with him. He has a new iPhone. He knows his master pwd but doesn't have his secret key. Can I (as admin) do something to get him into 1PWD on his new iPhone?

    Hi there @rwatkins22 :)

    People with Family Organizer or higher permissions on a Family Account have access to recovery tools that can be used in case someone loses their Master Password or Secret Key. Using those tools, he can generate a new Secret Key that he can then use on his new phone.
