How can i repair password mini or find it

in Mac

to launch 1PW6 I have to launch it twice to get it started. How can this be fixed. I am on a iMAC running Sierra

    @n3svr: 1Password mini is part of 1Password, so you may have too many copies of the app installed, or it may simply be damaged, in which case installing a fresh copy might help:
