upgrade from individual plan(in-app purchases) to families plan

I purchased a single user account from in-app purchases of iOS. The subscription will expire on July 2, 2018.
I want to upgrade to Family account now.
Do I have to wait until July 2018?

    @b_comi: If you don't mind waiting you can certainly do that, but this is totally something we can help with! :chuffed:

    There are a few steps involved since you'll need to cancel through Apple, but I'll shoot you an email here shortly so we can get the ball rolling. :)
