set up login that works. logged in used 1P using pswd generator. didn't get in.old pswd=SSN=wrong!
my ssn had been requested before when I got a new password. then I logged on, went to place where new password would be inserted, used password generator, looked good like a password should, but evidently when it was inserted it wasn't but my social security number was and this has happened for many tries this afternoon. didn't notice this problem before...

@hillsboro19: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the confusion! Social Security Number items in 1Password are not fillable, so I wonder if you've saved yours in the password field in a Login item for some reason. Can you clarify what you're trying to do exactly, and the URL? I'd be wary of entering my Social Security Number on websites at all... :scream:
